We are thrilled that our chocolates have inspired Rikke Gryber, the award-winning Danish chocolatier and pastry chef to use them in her masterful compositions. We are happier still that between running her chocolate shops and sweeping up accolades for her tarts and confections, the two-time Danish chocolate champion has found the time to craft our chocolate menu.
